Terrorism

We represent one of six British citizens facing charges under the Terrorism Act and the Explosive Substances Act in connection with an alleged UK bombing campaign. The evidence to be considered is extensive involving enquiries in Canada, Belgium and Holland and consisting of among other things computer evidence and extensive undercover surveillance. The team dealing with the case includes Richard Egan and Tim Brown who had conduct of the Lotfi Raissi case and Sajjaad Sair supervisor of our police station team.
