Tuckers’ newest Partners, in our Brighton office, have caught the attention of the team at the Law Society Gazette – for their involvement in an interesting case relating to the freedom of expression.   Appointed by the Court to cross examine a former police officer in connection with the defence of a retired solicitor and non-practicing barrister under s2 Protection from Harassment Act 1997 – they were praised by the Magistrates for “going beyond their brief” to help smooth the path of justice.  You can read the full article here
