MAN CLEARED OF MURDER

Tuckers Solicitors have secured an acquittal for man charged with murder.

Tony Cross QC, Iain Johnstone and Jill Eastwood worked tirelessly to achieve this result. The defendant was accused of acting in joint enterprise with another during a street brawl that resulted in a man’s death.

The immaculate case preparation led by Ms Eastwood was of the upmost assistance to Mr Cross, leading Counsel, who persuaded the jury that the accounts of the witnesses were floored and that the principle of Joint Enterprise did not extend to our client or his involvement.

The cleared man is now able to rebuild his life after this terrible ordeal.
