Luke Meyer returns from China

Writing on the Tuckers Kent Branch website, Luke Meyer – Partner at Tuckers Kent – posted his reflections of visiting China to share his experience of pre-trial detention in England.

Ironically, at a time when our criminal justice system is under such threat from inadequate funding, parts of China have implemented a system of legal advice and assistance based on our model.
