Landbanking case reported in Wall Street Journal

Phil Smith, solicitor for Dale Walker in the case of R v Crawley, has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal in connection with the continuing fall out from the dispute between Ministry of Justice and Barristers regarding the cuts in rates paid to barristers in Very High Cost Cases.
