Jeremy Forrest trial commences

The trial of Jeremy Forrest, a client of Tuckers’ Partner, Phil Smith has started at Lewes Crown Court.   As the process of giving evidence is scheduled to begin, Phil Smith said “as I said 8 months ago, at the outset of this case, my client is looking forward to the full story emerging.  This will be his first opportunity to speak with regards events which have long had a life of their own in the media reporting of this case”
