HSE v. Nadeem Aftab

Tuckers have been instructed to act on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive in relation to its prosecution following an accident at 27 Wilton Row, London, SW1X 7NS on the 13th June 2007. The accident occurred during excavation of a basement at the site and resulted in the death of Mr. Arlindo Visentin.
