Home Affairs Select Committee criticises undercover police practices

In a continuation of the investigation following the revelation that undercover officers were forming intimate relationships with women as part of their operations, the Home Affairs Select Committee has submitted a report which is highly critical of undercover policing practices and which recommends an overhaul of RIPA.  http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2013/mar/01/law-undercover-police-mps
