In an update to this matter, Tuckers has successfully obtained a ruling on costs and North Yorkshire County Council has agreed to pay the Defendant’s costs in this and another matter which settled when the Council opted not to contest the appeal, to withdraw the financial penalty levied on the Defendant and pay the Defendant’s costs.
